Installation
CONCRETE BASE
When laying onto a concrete base, Pavers Plus recommends synthetic turf be laid using Tuff Turf adhesive with each roll bound together using double-sided joining tape. It is important that the installer lays all turf with the blades facing the same direction, and cut where necessary.
CRUSHED ROCK BASE
Pavers Plus recommends all Tuff Turf synthetic turf products to be laid on an 80-100mm compacted crushed rock base with a 20mm layer of crusher dust to act as a levelling agent. 100mm galvanised nails should then be hammered into the turf every 200mm around the outside of the area, before applying kiln dried sand (included in order) over the surface of the area and spreading evenly using power broom.
