Miteq 103 is a solvent based, natural look, superior level stain protecting penetrating sealer for granite, marble, bluestone, concrete, pressed pavers, polished concrete and a comprehensive range of natural stone.

Sealer 103 is designed particularly for high level protection, It is a natural look sealer for internal and external use.

Sealer 103 sits below the surface without effecting slip resistance. It provides maximum stain protection against oils, foodstuffs and airborne pollutants; and can be applied to a wide range of surfaces.

Available in 1, 4, 10 & 20 Litre containers.

A two coat application, wet on wet, will give sufficient protection provided application guidelines are met.

Power wash surfaces to be treated. Remove stains caused by oil grease and soils with the recommended Miteq cleaner.

Ensure surfaces are completely dry prior to application of sealer.

Apply using a brush, roller or low pressure spray. Do not apply excessively or allow the sealer to pool on the surface.

Always test a small area prior to commencement to ascertain the effect of the sealer on the surface.

Do not use above 30°C or below 10°C or if rain is imminent.

Use material directly from container. Do not dilute. The sealed surface will be suitable for foot traffic after 24 hours. Do not wash down for 48 hours following application. C
